“If God is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? 33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us. 35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. 38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:31-39 NLT
Our ever present God,
If I was not sure what God was like I think I would be afraid of Him being with me all the time. Seeing my every slip, every sliver of selfishness, greed, laziness and imperfectness! But if, as yesterday, we stamped, ‘there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus’ on our faith’ . . . we can walk daily, hourly, moment by mini moment by faith with You God. Loved accepted, forgiven and guided by Your Spirit.
No condemnation and no separation. The two go together as grace and mercy, thank you Lord and Father. Paul so clearly states everything that we might worry about or worry about that could separate us, so we can see the folly of considering it. And if we do it is there to reassure us. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from Your love God.
And because You are always with us, we know our every prayer is heard, You know how we feel and understand what we are going through (Jesus knew what it was like to be one of us completely). You know what we want but more importantly You know what we need. Your grace and mercy is ever present and how can we keep from praising You.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Nothing shall separate us From the love of God.
Nothing shall separate us From the love of God.
God did not spare His only Son,
Gave Him to save us all.
Sin’s price was met by Jesus’ death
And heaven’s mercy falls.
Up from the grave Jesus was raised
To sit at God’s right hand;
Pleading our cause in heaven’s courts,
Forgiven we can stand.
Now by God’s grace we have embraced
A life set free from sin;
We shall deny all that destroys
Our union with Him.
